Banana Leaf Thai Bistro - Port Townsend

Pricey which goes with the location but food was very bland. Red curry and massuman both tasted the same and that was very odd. It is a nice little place and the workers very pleasant. I will try it again before crossing it off my list.

I would give it 5 if the app allowed if for non-vegan restaurants! eating was excellent, and they had a fully vegan section on their menu. the personal was incredibly nice. they have a really nice dog-friendly terrace.

Very inspiring. I had vegan drunken mushrooms. large portion, but the noodles were over boiled. two kinds of mushrooms, they were in order. husband had vegan pad cha tofu. he didn't want salt, I think he had extra salt. menu said 3 types of tofu, there was only 2nd small portion. there would have been no salt on request. there would have had no taste, with taking off the green beans that there were many. we have not said a spicy, but in the rule there is something else than hot spice! vegan crispy rolling were typical, but the plant sauce was sweet Thai chili sauce watered. (I know because I love sweet Thai chili sauce and use it often). the place is pretty dirty. the waitress was very pleasant and nice. unfortunately we will not go back. (we left the traditional tipp. that felt like one had suffered injuries. over price, not so good to eat. but it is not the waitress's fault, so we do space for the other Thai restaurants in the city, I think I must have met a bad day or they would not still be in business, right?

I give this place four stars alone due to the fact that they have an explicitly vegan section of the menu, plus additional labeled elements in the entire rest of the menu e.g. start with a “V”. eating itself was more 3 stars and a bit overpriced for the quality and portioning, imo. server was very friendly. they also have kokoscreme vegan to make thai icy!
