Feedback gevenSecond day in a row that I come and they mess up the order. First day the manager was so rude because they charged me extra and didn't want to refund me for the money. She gave me 10 cents and went I drove around again and told her that it was more than 10 cents she said: sir, whats your problem? Second day i ordered the Ultimate platter, got it with no eggs, they were out of syrup (which i dont care), I ordered an extra side of bacon, it wasn't in the bag, but couldn't complain about it because they have the tendency to be a-holes about printing your receipt.
I was just there 5 minutes ago. The night crew were great people. They made our burgers perfect and the onion rings were crispy. Fast service too.
Extremely disappointed and outraged. I'll start with it took over 40 minutes to get my food, that's fine. They didn't get my order right, so I had to order the missed meal. Ok, I can over look that also. Now why I'm taking time to write this is, they decided to give me a chicken sandwich that wasn't cooked all the way through. How do you take over 40 minutes for just 2 cars but you can't fully cook a chicken sandwich?
The order was right, food is okay as far as fast as food goes. Service was somewhat slow, but it looked like only 2 people were working. Both were extremely friendly.
