Feedback gevenI’ve frequented this Marcos ever since it opened and this location has gone off a cliff with its service! I ordered two pizzas, cheesy bread, and boneless wings. Neither of the pizzas had hardly any sauce and I ordered extra sauce. One of the pizzas had onions and I ordered no onions. I didn’t receive half of the sauce cups I paid for and one of the garlic sauce cups that I did receive was apparently broken which leaked garlic butter all over both boxes, the entire underside of one pizza, as well as my car seat.I shouldn’t have expected much more than I got once I saw how the place operated on the inside. I showed up about 10 minutes after the “promise time” the app notated my order would be ready and while my pizzas and bread were ready, they hadn’t even started my wings. The young lady managing the orders was telling the two boys working with her to drop the wings numerous times and while one of them just smirked at her and walked around doing nothing, the other one stood in the back of the kitchen flipping a sauce cup in the air with a spatula. The phone was also ringing constantly the 10 or so minutes I was standing inside and not once did anyone walk to the front to answer it. I can only imagine how many orders and how much money was lost to ignored phone orders.It’s convenient that Marcos has no customer service contact options on their website and just tells you to “contact your local franchise”. Looks like I won’t be getting the refund that this disaster merits but I’ll for sure never order from this location again.
Pizza was 45 minutes late for a carry out. Pizza didn’t have correct crust topping, buffalo wigs weren’t buffalo.
Pizza was ordered at 7:20pm. It arrived not fresh at 8:45pm. I live less than 1 mile away. My advice is to check alternatives.
Marcos is my current favorite pizza chain. Pizza can be great but the dough quality consistency varies. Sometimes the crust is great, other times it seems to have not risen correctly. The location gets very busy and it is hard for the employees to keep up, especially on the weekends.
We got food poisoning. a health inspector needs to be there ASAP!
