Ben's Soft Pretzels - Portage

My fiancée and I decided to finally stop by and try Ben's Pretzels and it was such a great decision. Not only were the pretzels excellent but Anthony provided us with one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had. Would definitelyrecommend.

Love this location!! We often come here to grab ?lunch? for our kids. We take advantage of the 3/10.99. The pretzels are ALWAYS fresh and the employees are always kind and happy to serve!

I have been a repeat customer of this location for years now and have loved every pretzel from Anthony and his crew! Anthony is phenomenal to everyone and you can truly tell he cares from the consistent quality to the hours he puts in. I love working soclose to Bens, I never in my years of visiting have ever heard him even scold or talk down to another employee, he is alwaystrying to encourage and bring them up. The employees are are all kind and hard working, I never see them just standing arounddoing nothing. Great location, great people, and better food.

I absolutely love the pretzel dog it was so delicious and and the manager was wonderful I think his name was Anthony. I would definitely recommend this to everyone... 2 ??????????????????

Great customer service. The staff is always friendly and just little rays of sunshine. They greet you with a smile and a positive attitude. Something we don't get a lot of today. The food is hot and FRESH! You can't go wrong with a hot, fresh SOFTpretzel. All the flavors are delicious and don't forget your dip. Mmmm Good!
