Round Bread Sandwich Company - Portage

Really wanted to try this place because the menu looks delicious. Drove 30 miles just to try it only to find it closed at 1:15 pm with no explanation on the door, while it says they are open on google maps. Pretty irritated.

Came across this place quite a while ago and have been impressed every time I go in. They have great local sweet treats and something different to try on the menu. It never gets old. The bread is OUTSTANDING and the staff is always so kind and personable. My only request, please bring back the homemade coleslaw recipe!!! I would drive 25 minutes just for the coleslaw!

Delicious sandwiches soups. I had a pastrami Swiss sandwich with tomato soup, great combination.

Favorite place to get a GOOD sandwich. Can't go wrong with Round Bread!

Just don’t order the broccoli cheese soup. It was not edible because it was so salty. The sandwich (7) was Ok.
