Feedback gevenWas overcharged, when I questioned it I was told that they couldn’t do anything about it. Called the number on the receipt, was told that upper management would be contacting me within 24 hours by phone or email. Well 24 hours have come and gone haven’t heard anything. Wasn’t so much about the cost as it was about the way I was treated for questioning. It was 1 item. So it was clearly obvious that they overcharged me and didn’t care
Pulled in a little after 8pm. Multiple kiosks were down but we found a slot. Ordered 2 meals and 3 kids meals. After 25 minutes our food finally came out. Carhop had to take payment as their card readers didn’t work at the kiosk. While waiting for our food with our windows down, the girl at the drive through window had multiple vehicles go through who she and another worker clearly knew. They dropped f-bomb after f-bomb yelling it out the drive through window. Our 3 kids under 10 heard it all before we could get the windows up. Complaining to the occupants of one vehicle how she wanted to quit her job. When the food finally came, the first burger was cold, other was wrong. Asked to have the wrong burger corrected which took another 10 minutes. Didn’t leave the lot with our food until 8:45. Not the first bad experience at a Sonic.
Avoid this restaurant. Cold and inaccurate food. Employees used vulgar language to other customers in the drive through. Had to wait almost 25 min for food only for it to be wrong and cold. Don’t waste your time.
