Subway - Porters Neck

Not bad but kind of odd and a little suspicious that you can't see the meat and cheese anymore. Also only 6 kinds of fresh vegetables, and all out of wheat bread? Very small Subway.

I went in today to pick up food for a few people at work and the manager on shift was so nice and helpful! they were very busy and despite me having multiple people to order for she made all our sandwiches fast and perfect! I'm not sure of her name but she was super sweet and working all by herself! She definitely deserves a raise for how well she handled everything while I was there! I felt so bad that she was working on her own but she was doing an amazing job considering. hopefully this place can get some new people hired soon!

This place is NEVER open. States hours 11am-7pm. Finally called corporate about this location and they are NOT happy with this, they are to be open 8am to 9pm. Supposedly talked to an area manager, Ray, who I highly doubt is even a manager with his attitude and words, let them know about him as well. I'll also be letting He rys restaurant know he used their name. Apparently ChapelHill Group is not worth working for, they can't even keep a single store openVery sad, poor business. Especially after what we've been told om how they trea their employees.

If I could give them a 0 I would. Rude Manager. The new sandwiches have a number. If you order the sandwich by number would you not think everything would come on the sandwich?? No, you get meat and bread unless you specify according to the manager. Refused to fix the sandwich. All my elderly Mom wanted was to go to Subway. That was her final experience at Subway because she has now passed away. Thank you Subway for such a lasting impression.

I've always been a subway fan and have tried their subs from a lot of different outlets. This one was extremely good just like others. Everything was fresh and the staff was all professional and experienced to make perfect subs.
