Feedback gevenIf I could rate this Starbucks a 0 I would. We came to drive thru and ordered a simple drink, a Carmel frap. After we payed and got it it was super light and looked like frozen milk. We told them it had no flavor of coffee and just tasted like milk. They remade it and it looked and tasted the same. I don’t recommend going to this Starbucks. I was very disappointed.
Good stuff, friendly staff. I enjoy the iced caramel macchiato.
For the 3rd time now (yes 3rd! I have been ripped off by this starbucks. If you order online, and there is a problem, there is no way to get a refund. Yesterday I ordered at 7:15 so that I could get breakfast and coffee before work. I received a text 5 minutes later saying my order was ready. When I went at 7:15, my coffee was there, but no egg bites. I was there waiting for them until 7:45. I finally had to leave for work, and they would not give me a refund. This is the 3rd time this month. I will not go back to Starbucks again. Basically, they have stolen my money times. There are other coffee places that have good service and great coffee. My business will go to them instead.
Stopped by to grab food and there were only two people working. None of them greet us. I asked to use the restroon and the lady said she couldn't give me the code and she had to open the for me but she couldnt do that because she was taking an order... that she could finish taking the order or open the door for me. Why not have a code or a key when you are so busy to open the door as needed? Well... after waiting, she started taking another order and forgot to open the door for me.They need more people. Restrooms were nasty by the way.
Quickly becoming my favorite neighborhood Starbucks. Friendly and fast service, Orders always done right, And the convenient location are making it part of my morning routine.
