This little place with my man visited today, we could easily have missed it and simply went by, but we discovered it and decided to eat something right instead of just fish and chips, went in and was greeted by a beautiful chirpy herr who showed us on a table, we saw the menu and about 10 minutes later our order was taken, we both went for the Brat-Feeee-Dinner, we paid £8.95 for the roast I think was a great worth for a home cooked meal when on the road it was £8.99 for fat fish and chips! great work youngs

The place is very clean and offers a lovely dinner at a reasonable price. Calling it a restaurant may be a bit of a stretch; it's more like a nice café.

A few days ago, I went out for lunch and didn’t have to wait long for a table. There's hand sanitizer available outside to use before entering, and once inside, there’s a designated area to wait for our table. The food quality was excellent; my hot meal was perfect, and the sandwich was fresh and delicious. The tea was great, too. The staff is very aware of COVID-19 protocols, and they are attentive to any concerns.

This is a beautiful restaurant that offered a warm welcome on a rainy day! We all opted for the lunch menu. For starters, we had the prawn cocktail and the soup of the day (which was sweet), served with a warm roll that paired perfectly with the fresh garlic bread—definitely a tasty treat. For our main course, we chose the beef with Yorkshire pudding. There were no mistakes; everything was well presented, and the staff provided friendly service. We highly recommend this place if you're looking for a cozy, home-like atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back—thank you!
