Bacchus - Portimão

We were very satisfied with the overall atmosphere which is very calm with a pretty location. Don't let the little wait during busy periods spook you, please! If you are in a rush, I personally wouldn't wish for them friendly staff to serve impatient guests. They have great communication and we were adequately informed on the expected waiting time. The waiting time really flew by due to the relaxed nature of the place it self. Oh, I didn't even get to talking about the food yet!!! We thoroughly enjoyed the tuna mayo baguette and caprese baguette. You could really taste the freshness of the products. Two large beers and two baguettes for a little over €20 is a great value and lower than the average lunch we have had during our stay in the Porches Armação de Pêra region.

Even if you don’t buy ceramics, worth having a coffee in this nice environment. The only con was a miscommunication with the waiter: I asked for “an iced coffee” and he understood “a nice coffee” which ended up being piping hot.

Good lunch in a fantastic enviroment. Everything is fresh and has that nice home cooked style and flavor.

Great stop while looking at beautiful pottery. The staff were so nice and accommodating! They actually had some of our favorite ‘pastel de nata’ of all our trips to Portugal. Great lunch spot. Price per person: €10–15 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Chicken Caesar
