Casa Da Mare - Portimão

Wonderful location but sadly the food and service were very disappointing. Waiters were very inattentive and unfriendly. Food was not very warm, salad was dried up and limp as though it had been sat on the plate for some time and potatoes tasted stale as if they had been reheated. Chocolate mousse was ok but almond tart was tasteless. Will not be going back.

Best fish restaurant in Alvor. Great selection of sea food. Service was excellent with a great location by the waters edge.

We couldn't resist the smell of the fish on the grill when we passed by this restaurant in Alvor. The food was fresh and perfectly cooked! We had a nice view of the ocean. The servers were very nice. Would definitely go back!

We had a fabulous week in Alvor, and ate twice at this restaurant. The staff were great, but the food was better. Lovely location, fantastic food (the sardines are a must) with fabulous sunshine. What more could you ask for? Oh yes, the wine. Delicious too! Hopefully we will be back next year.
