Viemos aqui comer bacalhau, estava muito gostoso e ficamos muito satisfeitos. Pessoal muito simpático e decoração agradável.
The best restaurant with the most charming Paulo Matos...
We were planning to visit the restaurant next door, but when we arrived it was shut for Winter. The maitre d of this place saw us looking lost, and called us in. We weren't disappointed. We shared a huge sea bass expensive at 50 Euros but well worth it. the quality of the fish that is cooked in an open air grill was amazing. the owner was exceptionally honest and steered me away from the tuna which was frozen and urged me to choose something fresh instead. Would def recommend, but best to ask the price of the fish first!
I had sardines to start with then octopus for a main meal,the sardines were so fresh and perfectly cooked,the octopus was outstanding,probably the best seafood I’ve ever eaten,I had it cooked in the ‘local’ Portuguese style and it was a meal I’ll never forget,the staff are also very attentive and service is amazing,I’ll be back as soon as I can.I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough
