Feedback gevenThis restaurant truly lives up to the hype. The spicy miso with pork belly and vegetables was absolutely delicious, and the wakame salad was spot on! We'll definitely be returning.
I ordered the shoyu ramen while my husband had the spicy miso. The toppings were fantastic, and the pork belly was delicious. We even tried a couple of dumplings, which were a nice addition. The broth was flavorful, mild, and not overly salty, unlike many other ramen places I've been to where the broth tends to be too salty. I would definitely choose this place over Boxer Ramen, as their pork belly tastes like ham and is much too salty.
The pork belly in the miso bowl is the best I've ever tasted, and the music selection was perfectly mellow yet modern!
Every bite was delicious. Unassuming with great flavor.
Friendly staff and great Ramen! What more could you ask for in a Ramen shop?
