Feedback gevenWow, surprisingly delicious food for a mall! I would definitely eat here again.
Updated: I returned to the restaurant for lunch and had a much better experience. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. I ordered the chicken and ribs, and both were fantastic. I also tried the green beans and regular beans, and they were delicious!
Usually, everyone at this restaurant is very friendly, but he was the exception with his bad attitude. Instead of being hostile, he could have simply said, “Ma'am, if you have an Uber order, please wait in line.” His irritability made the situation more uncomfortable than it needed to be. The female employee was kind and pointed me in the right direction for next time, which I appreciated. I believe this cashier could benefit from some customer service training. I would give this restaurant a two-star rating for today, even though I typically have positive experiences here. I think the issue needs to be addressed. Update: I did email the management, and I received a response from Christopher Lopez at Dickey’s BBQ Corp. on June 27, 2022. He apologized for my experience and assured me that they would forward my feedback to the owner and regional manager for further action. I appreciate their willingness to improve their service.
I don't eat barbecue often, but I'm glad I had a Dickey's close to satisfying today's lunch freeze. Had the pulled pork plate and it really hit the spot. Tons of taste!
Had turkey, chicken, and brisket. Baked beans and mac n cheese. The meats were very good, and beans were okay. My big issue is the mac n cheese, tasted like it was not made in house, but was pre-packaged.
