Once inside the dining area, it didn't feel distinctly Chinese; it resembled a simple diner more than anything else, and the color scheme was reminiscent of a Mexican restaurant, featuring terra cotta and tan walls. Despite this minor issue, we will undoubtedly return whenever we're in the area. We even took a takeout menu with us! Overall, we rated it 4.5 stars.
The food was incredibly delicious and not overly greasy! The prices are great, and the portion sizes are generous, so one order can easily be two meals. I’m giving it 4 stars because they forgot our soups and egg rolls, which was disappointing. However, the food was excellent overall!
The owner is always incredibly kind to my mom and me when we visit. She works really hard and is very generous. My family loves dining here and supporting this family-run restaurant. The General Tso's chicken is unique compared to other Chinese restaurants I've tried, and in a great way! I also really enjoy the noodles!
One of my favorite restaurants. Good food at great prices and very generous portions (32 oz dishes). Quick service and the family that own and run it are very kind. They're back open for in-person dining again!
Update: 6.14.22 ordered; dinner #2 fried prawns. Great lunch Easy to see off of capital highway. Quite and cozy place. Large windows for views of cap.highway. Very reasonable lunch prices,,as well as good dinner prices. Waitress and kitchen are efficient.
