First time won 't go back, very noisy and a limited menu although the food wasn 't bad I get the 'dining ' experience. But the lack of atmosphere leaves a lot to be desired. I even asked the waitress a question but she never heard me! When I think of Italian, I think pasta, veal, eggplant, all they offer is ravioli and one lasagana dish! PLEASE!! Wine was good! :

Don't go if you want a huge menu, but if you want GREAT Italian food, friendly service and a relaxing atmosphere, this is the PLACE!!

First off, the menu is limited and redundant. For example, the first 4 items were 4 ravioli dishes. Secondly the service was deplorable. The waitress didn 't ask us if we wanted anything to drink. I had to ask a different waitress if they served drinks. Still, over the hour and 45 minutes we were there we only had one drink. We saw another table get bread and we had to ask for that as well. I asked if they could put a white sauce on the dish I wanted instead of the red sauce that came with it. Instead of doing that, they brought me the other dish that had the white sauce. At the end I used a gift card that I purchased to be used as gifts for my clients and I told them that there was still money left on the gift card but they can keep it because we wouldn’t be back. The Manager asked why and I mentioned my disappointment of the service and that we were only offered 1 drink and not being able to get the sauce I wanted. Her answer was the owners are from Milan and that’s the way they made the dish . So what that really means is that they are not flexible and they won 't do what the customer wants. Its not like I asked to rewrite the entire menu. In the end, I instructed my Assistant to not get my clients Gift Cards there anymore and now my entire 110-person office knows of my feeling towards this restaurant. Poor Service, poor selection and sarcasm from the staff. Nice job Paciarino. My guess is I give them a year and they will be gone if they don 't change.

Two years ago, my wife had a bolognese dish here while on a work related trip, preCovid. She came back home and talked about the dish like it was the best...

I really loved this place! I always say a true Italian restaurant has Aglio, Olio Peperoncino on the menu! This place feels and looks very Victorian...
