Salty's on the Columbia - Portland

Salty's, oh how we've missed you. You were our favorite restaurant when we lived in Portland, and we enjoyed so many special occasions there. You were the last restaurant we went to before leaving Portland. It's been 13 years since we've sat on your patio.It feels like old times!!The Columbia River was the perfect ambiance to set the mood for an afternoon of relaxation ? and great food.We started our meal the same as we always did ..... with a bowl of clam chowder. It didn't disappoint.Our dishes were all very enjoyable. The fish, unfortunately, was a little too greasy for my husband, but it is deep fried, so this is to be expected.My tacos were amazing, and my sons hamburger was top-notch.Thank you for the amazing cake ? It was so delicious, and I enjoyed every bite.Our waitress was the best. She took good care of us, and you could tell she loves her job. She is definitely an asset to your business.Thank you for a great afternoon. As always, we enjoyed our time at Salty's... will be back!!

Went for our anniversary, and was not disappointed. Our server was excellent, food came out promptly and tasted amazing. I don’t understand the negative reviews on portion size for price. The portion sizes were actually perfect with little to no waste of food. High quality ingredients beautiful plating. We will absolutely be back.Food: 5/5

Went to the Sextant first. Found a long dark stand of someone 's hair in my gin and tonic......waitress told me, Have fun with your hair. .....not positive.Went to Salty 's and had a great time!Thanks to everyone who made my dinner wonderful!!!!!

Visited for my wife's and my 12th anniversary in which was her first time visiting. I had been before, many years ago. The drinks were amazing, the food was divine, and service was excellent.

Incredibly nice from host to server to leaving. Especially the server. Food was also fantastic at a reasonable price.
