The whole lotta tartar sauce included is the cherry on top. Thank you Susan’s for offering such a deal and following through with quality.Food: 5/5
The onion rings were the best, it was sweet with light battered. The clam chowder was good but not enough clams. The lobsters roll was good, it is worth the price. The fish and chip was delicious, fresh and moist. But the picnic table needs cleaning.Food: 4/5
Susan’s remains a neighborhood gem. Chowder (seafood or clam) is good as it’s gets. Buttery, creamy, loaded with goodness. Fried food always fresh. Basic comfort food. Smelts are especially good! Not fancy but service is friendly and they do a great job with takeout.Food: 4/5
Cool little place, bit further away from the main market street but definitely worth it! We really enjoyed the fried scallops, calamari, and clam chowder bread bowl.
A little out of the way, but the food is very good. Service is top notch. Don’t go there for the decor though, as it’s part of an old garage, but definitely go there for the food.We had the fish and chips kids meal. The fish was very fresh and super juicy. The lobster roll was good. There’s no mayo in the lobster. Just a little butter on the roll. The onion rings are also very fresh and sweet. Finally, we liked the clam chowder more than the one we had earlier in the day at The Clam Shack in Kennebunkport.Parking: Shared parking with the garage next door. There’s maybe max 10 spots available, which could be an issue at peak periods. There’s nowhere to park on the street, as it’s a main road.
