The most unique and fun wine tasting we’ve ever done (and we’ve done a lot! . Instead of talking about grape varietals and terroir, Rafa taught us about acidity and tannins. Loved his passion for wine! Highly recommend.

Absolutely INCREDIBLE wine experience!! This is much more than your average wine tasting it's an in depth learning and sensory experience that wine enthusiasts of any level will definitely enjoy. Rafa is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, hilarious, and is happy to answer any questions you have. This was without a doubt the coolest wine tasting we've done anywhere, and an absolute must while in Porto! We cannot wait to take the skills we learned and apply it to wine at home.

Rafael was an absolutely amazing host. My partner and I had the most amazing time learning about wines and having him create a whole experience around tasting. Would recommend everyone to meet and share an evening with this man.

I was really pleased to have joined one of Rafael’s wine tasting sessions whilst in Porto. Having done many, this was a very special experience. With 3 other couples, Rafael took us through a very well thought through process to taste 3 white and 3 red Portuguese wines all fantastic by the way) educating us through the journey on how to taste, how to read a label and how to pair with food. I learnt a lot from Rafael and was able to use it the following night when out eating in Porto in a way I wouldn’t have before. Small, very personal tasting session that was highly educational and fun. Highly recommended.
