Moreover, the taste was brilliant with the kimchi. Finally we have challenged the most spicy level of ttekbbokki! my friend (French-sewish-African, crazy about spicy living means) really loves it. the kimmalis were also super crispy and tasty, with ttekbbokki sauce. I took my friend into several Korean restos in Europe, and he said that this restaurant is the best. for me, as a Korean, this restaurant made a truly homemade food on the basis of Korean authentic recipes and full sincerity. we really hope to visit again! updated by previous review on 2021-08-15
The fried tofu was just the best. We also ate the Bimi-Bap, which was beautiful. the service was really good and the staff so nice.
Firstly, I want to recommend that you do get a reservation in advance as the restaurant is quite small and has a 90min time slot for each table to eat. The staff is super nice and helpful but one thing that wasn't as nice was that their menu is on a tablet so you can see photos of the food but since they only have 2 tablets you have to wait for other tables to order until you can finally have a look at their menu. Started with the Tte ok bo kki with gimmari and I wasn't a fan of the seasoning nor the texture. The gimmari, however, were delicious and I wish it was part of their menu so I could have ordered more! The Korean fried tofu is a bit pricey but absolutely worth it because it is delicious, crispy and flavourful and the portion is quite generous. The Kimbap with kimchii cheese was good too. Overall I had a pleasant dinner here and would come back, especially for the fried tofu.
