Life Grand Cafe Waterfront

The atmosphere is great. Right infront of the beach. The music was a mixture of pop and house. Great place to chill with friends for food and drinks. The food was amazing. I had a hot pot with mashed potatoes and the dish was delicious. Great meal for the cold season. The bathroom smelled soooo gooood. Oh and they give you blankets should the wind be too much for you.

Had their oreo milkshake. Wasn't bad, but nothing amazing either. Very slow service. Had to go find the waiter to order.

We had a fabulous evening last night at Life Grand Cafe. The food and atmosphere were as fantastic as always. It’s our new favourite location in Cape Town. It’s such good value for money. Big thanks in particular to Chaka for taking such good care of us.

Service was absolutely shocking! It took 30 minutes to get our drinks, and when the food arrived they got my order completely wrong so I had to watch my friend eat his lunch while I starved because it was going to take too long to do my order as it wouldn't have arrived by the time he had finished. Will never go back and do not recommend this place. Unfortunately a 1 star rating is too much

Atmosphere and location great. Food not so good. Medium steak was rare inside and burnt outside.
