When we were seated, the bartender was very rude to us, as well as the manager. The whole restaurant was empty but they didn’t want us (party of 5) sit at a table for 6, but instead at a table for 4. Only 1/3 of the menu was actually available which consisted of frozen seafood. The owner should consider hiring a new manager and team. As well as a new kitchen because that was located outside in some bushes and looked very unhygienic. If the restaurant would undergo a food inspection, it wouldn’t have passed. Definitely don’t recommend.
The rudest people I have ever met in my life. My wife only had to go to the toilet briefly because she had to change her tampon. Arrogant answer: No access to the toilet if you don't rent a lounge chair! The young man must have forgotten that a woman gave birth to him too! We were even willing to pay money for access to the toilet! No, there is no toilet without a deck chair! Absolutely cheeky to treat a woman like that. Food: 1
Disheartening Experience at Long Beach Club Cafe My visit to Long Beach Club Cafe Porto Cervo Liscia Ruja, unfortunately, left me with a series of disappointing experiences that I wish to share, for the consideration of future patrons and hopefully, the improvement of the establishment. Lost Personal Item: The loss of my shoes during my time at the club cast an initial negative light on my visit. While mishaps can happen, this event certainly impacted my day and perception of the security of personal belongings at this venue, also my driver's license was stolen. Cost and Value: The financial commitment to secure spots at the club was substantial, at 150 euros for just 3 hours. My subsequent experiences did not provide a value that justified this high expenditure. Service Quality: Both at the beach and within the restaurant, I encountered service that I perceived as both rude and pretentious. The lack of warmth and hospitality starkly contrasted with what one might anticipate at a venue of this pricing and presumed caliber. Culinary Experience: When it came to the food, I found it to be lacking in quality and creativity, especially given the premium pricing. It’s essential for the culinary experience to parallel the cost, and unfortunately, it fell short during my visit. Unexpected Expenses: An additional financial setback was the imposition of a fine for parking. More clear communication or alternative solutions for parking would have been appreciated to avoid such unanticipated costs. Closing Thoughts: It is with regret that I share these negative aspects of my visit to Long Beach Club Cafe, as one hopes for relaxation and enjoyment from such venues. While the establishment undeniably possesses potential due to its locale and concept, my personal experience was undermined by a series of incidents and quality shortfalls. It’s my genuine hope that sharing this feedback might pave the way for enhancements in the service and overall guest experience in the future. Never ask to speak with the owner, she is rude, lacks manners and education! Unbeliavable behaviour!!!
STAY AWAY!! Absolutely horrible experience, we wanted to have a nice lunch for 5 people. First we were not allowed to sit in the lounge with 5 people then we sat down in the resteraunt part. Waiter was already extremely arrogant and totally useless. After them telling us they basically have 10/50 dishes which were all priced at 30€, except 2 which were more, showing us that this was a complete scam, we asked if 1 person can have something from the snack menu since they couldn’t find anything from the other menu. They told us in a very unprofessional manner that this was not possible since the snack area was 1 table over and she would have to sit there. Sad to think that the manager lets the chance of earning 300€ go so easily. The resteraunt entrance was also the area were the dishes were being washed and some kitchen devices were standing right in front of you. The toilet did not have a sink meaning the personnel would also not wash their hands, or they would use the kitchen which is not really up to normal sanitary procedures. If you decide to go to this beach just go to the beach and don’t eat here.
