Da Elvezio - PORTO SAN GIORGIO

Wow. An antipasto to die for it just kept coming. Then fish and/or pasta. All fish, indigenous. Good, inexpensive marchigiano wine to accompany. We suspect this is where the discerning locals go. Oh , and you are alongside the beach and can hear the sea. (See it, daytime. But .. you have to go with the flow, accept what’s on the menu, and let them do what they do best ..Two people, two courses, bottle of wine, sorbet, 68 euros. Staff have some knowledge of English but won’t know names of every fish so you just have to go for it!

The food was good, the wine was great, we we’re luckily seated on the terrace with a nice breeze. We unfortunately did not get to see the menu which was recited to us and this ultimately resulted in us being surprised by the check. We found it to be excessive, especially for the 5 course entrees. Definitely worth a visit, but ask to see the menu.

If you're looking for waiters in smart black and white attire and linen table clothes then this isn't the place for you. If you're looking for fabulous service with a warm smile, people that care about the food they cook, and incredible value for money, then head this way. Sit staring at the sea as you sip some great local wine and eat anchovies on bruschetta, clams and mussels with lemon and rosemary and sweet, fresh crab with spaghetti. I can't recommend this place enough.

Posto tranquillo , lungomare ben servito , ristoranti x tutte le esigenze .. anche adatto alle famiglie .. il divertimento è tutto concentrato sul lungomare .. che è vicinissimo alla stazione
