Domino's Pizza - Portsmouth

Pizza was okay. The crust was thin and the pizza had too much sauce. Seemed unevenly cooked. Although this is just my opinion and people might prefer their pizza this way. That's why I'm sharing a picture as well.

Ordered at the counter and didn't have to wait very long. Good food at a good price.

I never have problems with my orders and they always come fresh to me. These are the first dominos that have the most friendly staff (all of them) and the consistency of the perfect tbh. I love this place.

I ordered 2 items a 12 pizza and 8 hot wings. The pizza was ok but i asked for WELL DONE and it was not well done as I requested. The wings were horrible. I asked for 8 hot wings and a ranch sauce. I only got 7 wings and they were the smallest wings I have ever seen. The wings were not fully cooked, I could taste the fat pockets still on the wings and they were hard to chew because they were not cooked properly. They were so nasty I threw them out because they made me feel sick when I bit into them. I do not think this is a safe way to serve chicken.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I placed a delivery order online and was told it would take an hour to get to me. The tracker showed my delivery leaving the store 30 minutes later. It took an HOUR AND A HALF for the delivery driver to get to my address 1.3 miles away. By that time I had called the store twice after they assured me the driver was only 2 minutes away. It was more like 20 minutes. The pizzas were stone cold. They offered no coupons or discounts. What they did do was place me on hold for 10 minutes before telling me they only had two drivers and if I wanted they could remake the pizzas and send them out again. No thanks, since it would probably take them another two hours to get to my house. I will never order from this store again.
