Giovanni's Pizza - Portsmouth

I ordered a pizza and waited 45 minutes, only to be informed that they weren’t accepting the coupon I specifically used when placing the order. I stood at the counter for ages before someone finally acknowledged me, and then they told me there was nothing they could do. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I won’t be returning.

Worst pizza I've ever had! I've had frozen pizzas that were better. It was served cold and undercooked. We ordered a sausage pizza with mushrooms on one half and green peppers on the other, but they put everything on one side. At the very least, they could have cooked it properly. I won't be coming back!

The pizza was incredible, the food was served hot, and the staff was fantastic!

I made an order at 2:54pm to have delivered at 5:30pm. At 5:45 pm I called and asked to speak to a manager. I was told my order was on the way and what can I do to fix it? . My response was Deliver food on time . I received my food within 10 minutes but it was cold and missing ranch sauce. I do not complain unless it impacts my children.

Giovannis is absolutely great...20 percent of the time. It's the gamble you take when you order. Most of the time, extra sauces are forgotten, food is made wrong, it's arrives late, or the quality of the make is horrible. Again, 20 percent of the time, it's great. I ordered three items tonight and extras. No extras arrived, two of the three things were wrong. The only thing right was the bag of chips. I guess I should thank Snyder for doing one thing right. I'm growing impatient with a 20 percent success rate and I guess I'll switch pizza places. I'll add, the drivers are always nice. It seems to be a training/management problem.
