Panera Bread - Portsmouth

It says Portsmouth on Google search ????, but, I believe it's in Newington. I ordered online and my order was ready and was prepared the way I requested. I had a four cheese flatbread and a Smokehouse BBQ chicken sandwich with avacado and spinachadded. Chips and napkins came with order.Both the flatbread and sandwich were good. Indoor dining, curbside pickup areavailable. I like this franchise. Pricey, but, I recommend a visit. Update: Saturday afternoon, July 2021; I ordered online inthe morning ???? and my order, Steak ???? and white cheddar panini???? with two Chocolate Chipper cookies and ginger tea wereready at the time I requested. Food was good, but, not a lot of filling inside the sandwich. I dined inside and used the Wifi. Isaw a staff member wiping down a table customers sat at. Outdoor dining available. Update; Friday afternoon, July 2022: Stoppedby for lunch with planning on using a gift card I purchased online. Had problems accessing it while trying to order online andat the kiosk. The manager was called and she found out the card is legit, but, the pin is bad. She waved the cost of the foodand said I need to contact customer service about the matter. Food tasted good, portion to price still small. Wait time veryreasonable with so many customers. Toasted Smokehouse BBQ Chicken ???? Sandwich ???? was good ????.

Great food. Good customer service. I took away a star due to the fact that this franchise doesn?t do the 99 cent bakery item deal like other franchises. I refused to give into the corporate greed and buy my favorite item the chocolate croissant. Theywere trying to sell it for 3.19 instead of the 0.99. It was an absolute disappointment. For that reason I only gave it 4 stars.

This Panera location is a reliable spot. The interior is cozy and tends to get quite busy around noon. I suggest placing your order online in advance, as it can be a bit slow if there's a crowd. Fortunately, they will inform you if your online order is taking longer than anticipated. This is a great feature for anyone on a tight schedule during lunch and wanting to avoid waiting.

We received excellent, friendly, and prompt service at this restaurant. The food was fantastic and offered great value! I particularly enjoyed the creamy tomato soup and turkey sandwich, while my husband really loved the lobster roll.

Everything about this place is fantastic! I just wish they served soufflés for lunch too. I've been for breakfast, and often they are already sold out.
