Subway - Portsmouth

I usually stick to my go-to meatball sub because I’m a bit of a creature of habit. However, this time I decided to branch out and was suggested the chicken Chipotle with bacon. I have to say, WOW! That was an incredibly delicious recommendation. The customer service was also exceptional. The staff here are fantastic!

The restaurant is always clean and the staff is friendly, maintaining a professional demeanor even if they aren't particularly fond of you. The food presentation is neat, and the vegetables are freshly cut. The back room appears to be well-maintained and sanitized. Overall, I find that I can get in and out in a timely manner.

I haven't been to a Subway in quite some time because I usually find them to be unclean and the portion sizes to be on the smaller side. However, this particular Subway truly stands out and raises the bar for others. The bathrooms are extremely clean, which really surprised me—I wouldn't have even considered splashing water on the mirror! David suggested I try the bowl, and it was delicious. Great recommendation on the double meat, David! He welcomed me warmly, and the woman behind the counter was genuinely nice as well.
