Rooftop At The Envio - Portsmouth

The service was so slow, inexperienced, not friendly, not customer service oriented at all. The food was horrible. Chicken What? The selection on the menu was limited to next to nothing. Can we get a steak here? Moultan Lava Cake for dessert with no Lava. It was served cold???? Very expensive. I wouldn't spend another penny there unless it got a complete make over

Food was terrible! Very basic. Caesar salad was lettuce and bottled dressing and croutons-more simple than home made. Burger was frozen and covered in oil fat- couldn't even eat. Drinks were 90% ice. Service was great and very friendly. Great atmosphere. But extremely over priced for what you get.

So we've never come before to Envio. Tried the Sunday Jazz Brunch. First off, there were no a La carte options as advertised on the website. It was all buffet. The environment was very nice.. the service was pretty good .. waiter forgot one drink. I do not think it was worth 39$ cost honestly. For that cost, they should have an omelet station and/or a carving station. The waffles on the buffet were the same ones I had at the free breakfast buffet Holiday Inn. So much potential! Missed the mark.

Server was busy with a large party. But that left plenty of uninterrupted time for conversation and eating which normally you don't get because they're constantly checking. Order your drinks and apps together because you'll be waiting. Then order your food when they arrive. Pleasant experience.

Extremely slow service and mediocre food at best. Had to send burger back because burnt but undercooked. Our waiter didn't even return to the table and not a manager in site. You would think if a place is charging $40 for a lobster roll there would be better service. Don't bother. Maybe good for hotel guests but there are much better options In Portsmouth
