Pizza Hut - Portsmouth City

Should give this location negative 5 it's like they reheat food from last week orders a dinner box and the food looked like it was old crust was wrinkled and dry cinnamon sticks had no cinnamon on them and wasn't cooked all the way ,cheeseticks looked like old cheese pizza couldn't even stomach this atrocity; mine as well shut this location down

I wanted to order the Detroit pizza. Placed order online, then received a call from the local store that said they were out of the crust for that pizza, did I want something else. I told them to just cancel my entire order. They need to do a better job of making sure their stock is sufficient. On a subsequent online order, I was offered curbside pickup, which I chose to do. When I arrived at the store and checked in, I was told they weren't doing curbside after dark even though my car was less than 3 feet from their front door. I was told I would have to come into the store to get my order. I have a bad back and bad hips which makes walking painful. But I went inside to get my food. Now I have to say that the food was good. It was hot and prepared as I ordered it. My only complaint with this order is that the curbside offer was rescinded after I placed my order.

Our order according to app was to be delivered at 554pm i called around 608 to inquire about the order and a nice gentleman told me they left 10 min ago and should be to my house shortly and if anything was missing or cold to call back. The driver arrived and we received our 2 pizzas no wings (2 orders). so she said she would go back and get them. Meanwhile I opened the pizza and there was hardly any cheese, the buffalo chicken was very dry no sauce. So I called in and a lady answered she said that we would have to wait an hour for the wings to come out to us and as for the pizza there was nothing she could do. She was very rude, I asked for a manager and she stated she was the manager. She hung up on us!! I had 9 guests at my house and some went without eating because it was so horrible. The driver was really sweet she came back with the wings which we were surprised. So I command her, but the manager was horrible this was almost $70 for nothing. This was around 6pm 10/3/2021 at the Victory blvd pizza hut in Portsmouth, va office. Thank you

Deliver the order on time not 15 minutes late. The Caucasian delivery driver with the blue hair was excellent. The food was even great!
