Domino's Pizza - Portsmouth, Fareham

So you employ drivers who don’t know how to drive, don’t look before reversing in front of other cars and by the looks of the modifications to his car, most likely isn’t adequately insured. At 7:35pm today he turned into Clydesdale Road with no indication before reversing into Suffolk Drive, again without indicating, and remonstrated with the car in front of me whose path he inconsiderately blocked without warning. Blue Ford Focus, red alloy wheels, tinted windows and what looked like grey fur seat covers. Didn’t catch his reg number but I’m guessing that description will ring a bell with you....?! ????????‍????????‍

Absolutely disgusted with the service, Not only did I get the wrong pizza to which I ordered, I showed this to the lady that delivered it and said it was wrong to which then I rang up and was told I was lying about the order I made and then was hung up on absolutely disgusting and looking forward to going in to speak to them face to face tomorrow

Both pizzas have just tuned up like this, may aswell have thrown it to my house from the shop, looks like it’s been kicked down the road infact, never normally anything to complain about but today is shocking

Ordered via the app, said estimated 28-40mins, 2hrs later no pizza has arrived!!!! Phoned them twice, each time it is 5-10mins away. App then changes status to ‘delivered’ even though it has not been. Have given up on eating tonight!!! Read the other reviews on here (I wish I had), other people are saying the same thing. Never going to order from Dominos again!!!

Pizza undercooked. Chicken strippers undercooked. No burger sauce on the cheeseburger pizza even though this is a huge selling point and the reason why we ordered it.. this is the second time this has happened now and despite being given a replacement it is frustrating because we end up eating very late (still waiting for replacement) and how can they physically miss this part- they even have typed “burger sauce” on the label which is obviously a reminder but has failed to work.. will be ordering from Fareham branch in future instead of whiteley, hopefully they can do a better job..
