Bento Box - Portsmouth

I decided to try a new restaurant that I had never been to before, so I ordered from this place using Uber Eats. I regret it immensely! This was hands down the worst Chinese food I have ever had. It was bland, overly salty, and extremely greasy. Trust me, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. I will never order from here again.

The meal was delicious, but the portion sizes were on the smaller side considering the price, especially when compared to other Chinese takeout options in the area.

This restaurant is always top-notch, it's our favorite for takeout. The food is genuinely delicious, and we love the bowl meals. The orders are always on time, hot, and delicious.

I've been getting food delivered from Bento Box for years. It's honestly my favourite takeaway in the city! The food is consistently great, arrives pretty quickly and tastes really fresh. No idea why there are so many negative reviews, this place is a diamond in the rough! Their satay bowls with rice, spring rolls and a fried egg are especially excellent.

My fiancée and I regularly order from Bento Box and have never been disappointed in the year or so that we’ve been customers. The menu is fantastic with a huge range of dishes- I’m a very fussy eater and have had and enjoyed multiple different dishes from here, which is really rare! The food is always cooked to perfection and so tasty- they really put a lot of effort into flavours, as far as I’m concerned! Delivery is always quicker than expected or even advertised when ordering, and when there have been problems with an order the restaurant has phoned to clear it up before delivery. All in all, a very happy customer
