Ice Cream Emporium - Portsmouth

Good display of varied flavour ice cream but no clear display of prices. The smallest cone with one scoop cost £3.50 . Walk a bit further left or right along the promenade to find a lot cheaper (prices on display) with same choice and larger portion. Over priced.

Family run, great ice cream selections LOTS of lovely flavors, all naturally made. Friendly staff Nice sizes

I went to get an ice cream on Sunday 20/06/2021. The two women that were working there were very unpleasant and rude. Such bad customer service. Won’t be going again. We certainly weren’t the only one that noticed that.

Tonnes of options and everything we ordered tasted amazing. Really nice seating area and great menu. Highly recommended

This has to be the worst hot chocolate I've bought. Overly sweet dish water with a hint of chocolate flavour. Once you blew the froth off there was a grey ish wishy washy looking liquid. Went straight into the nearest bin. 2 stars are because I've had Icecream from here previously that was a much better standard. My husband had a coffee which wasn't much better than the chocolate. Avoid the hot drinks but would recomend the icecream.
