Great customer service. Food arrived on time and warm. Chips were so flavoursome. My chicken burger was delicious.

This restaurant serves terrible food that is cold and poorly cooked. The service is also terrible, with rude staff who hung up the phone on us. I will be returning tomorrow to return their awful food.

Takeaway ordered, one and half hours later still no food… called and person on the phone didn’t know how long it would be until it came however it had left shop. Food arrived and was stone cold. Called back and man would only issue a refund on collecting food, will not use again as takes sooo long to get delivered and cold

Rang them up once they delivered as an item was missing, instead of sending the item out or refunding me they canceled the order on uber. this means we have now payed for food we never received and the bloke on the phone talked to me like I was a **** don't use these cowboys, they clearly don't care about repeat customers. very poor business practice I give them a year if they treat people the way they do.

I visited Shake Grill while on a business trip in Portsmouth and discovered it was a halal takeaway. The staff were welcoming and took my order quickly on both of my visits. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the portion sizes were generous. The burger was good, but could have used more seasoning for added flavor. Overall, I preferred the Peri Peri Chicken over the El Mexicano Burger. I would rate my experience a 6 out of 10.
