Must have about 50 curries of this place, while at uni had never had a single bad. just a few times it was not ready to collect in 10 minutes so big service. highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing Bangladeshi food. Together with an amazing meal and an excellent service, the owner also gave us an interesting history fiction that 99% of the 'indian' eat in Britain are actually from people from bangladesch. he explained, however, that bangladesch, indien, pakistan, sri lanka was also a country at a time. I then left out that his restaurant "star of asia" includes all basics. he laughed. the butter chicken was delicious, we ordered this really spicy fish, which was so tasteful, the veggie dishes were tasty, the cherry soup and even the boy were good on the earth. we were there on a Monday night, so it wasn't busy, but if the locals haven't discovered this place, they should. we would be sure if we were in portsmouth, we just need to take a flight over the pond while we live in Canada.
