Tang's Chinese Cuisine - Portsmouth

Very pleasant meal. I ate everything. food purchased to order, and then more food if still hungry. we had a rehearsal of 5 to start, and then a goof cake. followed by the choice of netzen. all foods were of high quality. the service lacked little training. for drinks. £3,20 for coks from the bottle. if menu says £1.60 I guess this is for half. but cannot put price on menu.then serve pints and surprise customers at the end of the meal

Chicken chow mein and sweet and sour chicken very good! Ribs could do with having a bit more meat on them. Price is pretty average. Overall pretty good compared to other Chinese places around Portsmouth.

Friendly staff and wonderful food. Service took a little time even though it wasn't busy. But nothing too bad. Would recommend trying it

Last minute after the cinema. Server did not know the menu. Dishes arrived separately. One was put right across the table. I had to get up from.my seat to get to it! Terrible service. Sizzling beef was tender. Egg fried rice was good but vegetables and beef in a horrible gloopy sauce. Menu plus G n T £27.00 so in my view expensive. There is plenty of competition so I won't be going back.

Disappointing visit, the dry shredded beef wasn't dry, and I didn't know beef was white meat. The vegetable noodles tasted like old dish water and certainly not fresh veg, not as spicy as indicated on the menu. When we offered feedback the waitress just advised everybody had different tastes! Hilarious as we left someone had just complained about raw chicken.....but remember we all have different tastes! Had a party member not already paid as a kind gesture I certainly would not have been paying for the meal fully.
