Fyre 'n Ice - Portville

I was excited to get there pizza and wings last night. Always been delicious. Well this time the wings were fatty and not cooked and the pizza was tasteless. Came home and had to cook the wings for another half hour. Very disappointed. Will probably never or again.

Well, things have definitely changed, however...the pizza is cooked to my liking, not burnt on the bottom. We had stopped getting the pizza because I'd that horrible after taste but it seems to have been fixed with the new folks. Now we also ordered a s'mores dessert pizza and that tasted like undercooked dough. And aside from one of the employees leaving the salads out all day which meant I couldn't order it. I asked about my favorite milkshake and the special flavors are no more. Bid disappointment as I would get at least 4 a week in the summer. Don't judge, lol.Why the 2 stars...we've tried calling before closing and the no one answers. If the employees call out or you find yourself short staffes...a answering machine that let's us know that would be great. We waiting to order food for the game and we live 2 mins up the street and to our surprise and our guests empty stomachs we had no food for the evening, how embarrassing.

First time here, just passing through. Very good brick oven pizza! The salad was fresh and boneless wings were flavorful and baked just right. The atmosphere was nice, service was good, and they have ice cream!

We ordered salads. I've always raved about the salads. Now, never again. I had the grilled chicken caeser. Chicken used to be heated with the cheese and served on top. Everything was cold. I requested 2 caeser dressings. I got 2 half full. Then I wanted to take home my favorite cheesecake ice cream flavored with strawberry sauce. Instead of paying for a size container like we used to, its by the scoop. I blanking paid over 5 dollars for 3 scoops.I am never going back again.I never minded paying the price for good food. But you really lowered the bars.

We ordered online tonight. We were not impressed and probably won 't go back. We ordered two salads, a panzone and a taco pizza. I even left a tip with the online order. My wife went to pick it up and there were no salads. She was told Someone left the lettuce out and it..um...died . There should have been a phone call informing us of this immediately when the order was recieved! Then after a moment of awkwardsness the counter person asked if my wife wanted a refund for the salads. That should have been already understood and ready when she aeeived. The whole order should have been refunded in my opinion. So two of my family didn 't get their order tonight. The panzone was pretty small and didn 't have much inside. The taco pizza is the only reason for 2 stars.
