Feedback gevenThe food was good, but the service was terrible. I have been having restaurants for twenty years and know how important the customer service is. I love this restaurant and drove 45 minutes to dinner, it is in the regular a great experience. tonight was ruined by mckenzie, she didn't even have the chance to say hi to us. she never cracked a smile and was extremely impatient with us. she literally said what she wanted and went away from each of us. No refilling, no dirty dishes, no serviettes, but again the worst was no personality or smile. she offered us no dessert and when we asked that she was irritated and asked if we wanted it. I could go on, but I think you have the picture here, she doesn't represent your family business. it was very disappointing and did not feel good yo pay $166 bill after this service. I called and spoke to steve after we had paid because I didn't want to cause any tension with my children, he was nice, but only to give me lip service. I hope this comes to the owners I think will take care of this business. I have always told my mgrs to always ask for the customer info so they know they care. he never asked about my name or phone number just another sign of lack of care.

Spragues is one of my favorite restaurants! Your food is absolutely amazing! Great and friendly service! Whenever we have money, we would go there and make our anniversary! If you love cookies and engraving, you will love their sausage gravy and cookies with domestic frits
