Silver Flash - Posen

#DeepFakeAlertUm...This is not silver flash! We Waited an hour and watched 3 tables that came in well after us get served first. After almost an hour the food tasted rushed, veggies were cold inside and burnt outside ??‍, cheese was half melted. The customer service is just as bland as their food. Thanks for the free hot chocolate but I won't be back.

Slow service, but good food. be patient! there can only be a waitress, but she works her bun...no pun intended?

Drove past this spot a lot, with the intention to stop in and check it out. Always forgot about it, until today. Had the urge for something real simple a bowl of grits, some bacon, and a cup of coffee. Stopped in, walked up to the counter and placed a to-go order. When the waitress asked if I wanted my grits with butter, salt, and pepper, I knew at that very moment I had to come back and have a real sit down breakfast here. The simple meal I ordered was on point. Grits were nice and hot, the bacon was crispy, and the coffee served it's purpose. Small place with a very friendly ambiance, very clean, and good looking meals in front of customers.As I said, I'll definitely be back for a sit down meal.UPDATE: Stopped in for sit down breakfast this morning and walked out stuffed. I'm still full at 4:00 in the afternoon. Louisa was phenomenal and the food was great. I'll be back.
