I could not really decide what I wanted to begin with the freshly pressed O or the French press Brew. Lol I would have shared a photo of the food, but I literally swore it before I realized that I needed a picture This restaurant really gave me a feeling of home and security. Everyone smiled and comfortable and the staff tied everything together. I'm looking forward to breakfast here. [CHUCKLES] You can't miss it, trips to and through Post Falls.
Old European never disappointed! If you're hungry, it's your own fault. The portions are huge. I usually get at least two meals from one. Today I had the goulash French toast. I have breakfast and eat there and it's always wonderful! The waiting staff is very friendly and friendly. If there is a waiting time, it is worth being patient.
New favorite stop before you see my adult children in WA state or on my return! Excellent quality prepared meals huge portions for a good price. It's worth waiting. Great friendly staff service! I will make sure that I plan my trips from the WA state to stop here. Would also be a great place to meet with one of my adult children, between whom I live Spokane!
The food was great. A little expensive, so we shared a meal. The waiters looked like they hate their job, but everyone who deals directly with people as they do would feel the same. One thing that needs to be addressed is the waiter's aprons that were so dirty with food and whatever they knew on them, it wasn't what you want to see when you think about food. It looked rough, and when she stood next to the table to take our order, it smells so bad. So change the aprons. The restaurant must be updated to make it more inviting. The menu must also be replaced. It was hard to see through the plastic when you decide what to order. The service was fast, and food was quality.
Great place to eat in the area. Wonderful people but most of all: delicious food. We tried the GULAŞ. I am from Europe, Romania, Transylvania, Arad county, border close to Hungary the home of the GULASH. I like to cook and I like to eat . Every time I go home, I fly to Budapest, Hungary and in my way home I always stop to eat GULASH at this truck stop. They have the best gulas in the world. My mom used to make it all the time. My family makes it all the time. So I know a thing or too about GULAS. But the gulas I had here WAS NOT GULASH. I am sorry, but a gulas is a stew that has to have: onions, red peppers, pork or beef (plenty), potatoes, beans (multiple kinds) and lots of PAPRIKA, that gives it the taste, the arroma, it's like the cherry on top of a cake. Other than this, I belive the restaurant is by far the best I ever had. Oh, and the Austrian coffee, half sweet, was delicious too. Will definitely stop by anytime when in the area to eat here.
