We came to the Wieslerhof spontaneously in the late afternoon. The approach via the Kirchweg no problem, but the signs could be improved. We were very friendly received. The food (housewheat with sour wort and bacon dumplings) was very tasty, also the Kaiserschmarren super. We felt very comfortable and certainly like to come back.
Location a little difficult to find. It is located above the village of Postal. The road in some places is quite narrow and steep, but kept well. The view is beautiful, you can see the whole Val d’Adige in its beauty. The place is modest, the choice is limited, but yes, appreciate that everything is done rigorously at home. I recommend it.
Friendly atmosphere, typical Tyrolean style, simple menu, but fabulous dishes. Tasty barley soup in its simplicity, gulasch with soft meat and just balance of spicyness, a vitella cartridge equally good. It's just a pleasure not to have had more room for desserts, if not a very special krapfen made by them with apricot jam. Surely we will come back from day to taste, in addition to the kitchen the beautiful panorama!
Just the right thing to do. Good wines, friendly service and suitable dishes in South Tyrolean quality.
