They are so slow and have little or no respect for all Courier services like Mr D and UberEats. The whole kitchen will focus its energy on Drive-Thru, you will call out for them and they will still ignore you so far that the manager will treat your order. You have a problem with sealing or marking or even just a courier order with its entrance, easy! You don't. They would rather clean up the ice machine than drop what they do and quickly help a customer, then back to their cleaning. Customers first! The economy goes through a crack for a shop to be satisfied with the amount of current customers. People lose their jobs and money, which is not how a restaurant should act in so difficult times. They have to pick up their socks. An employee would come and moppen the floor where a customer stands so that the floor is wet and nowhere else step. Yes Cleaning must, especially clean as you go, but your cleaning cannot inconveniences a customer! They would think that the recent revision would have changed their attitude. No! I think they should turn the staff, as some of the sweetest and friendly souls that should work in the front make orders on the back.

No good experience! Very slow service! Wait for almost 30 minutes to get a Burger N chip. Orders mixed. I hope it was just one day.
After sitting in the drive through queue for over 30 minutes, we are told no ice-cream when we get to the window to order. There is no sign posted anywhere stating that they don 't have ice cream, to stop customers from entering the drive through just to waste their time. It is not the first time that happened to us, either. We will not do business here again.
