Kfc - Potomac Park

Went in side to place my order an had my card with me to pay an lady behind the counter asked for my ID an said my order as a scam. How in the hell was it a scam if I'm paying for it. A guy's was n their and had his dog sitting on the counter. Definitely lost my business an won't be back. Need to just close went to lavale placed same order didn't ask for my id.

Customer service sucks very rude the person that takes the order is not even at the window when they are rude the window girl is nice..30min wait for the new spicy chicken and they tell u to order something else great hustle..gotta find another chicken place 1 star Customer service food 4

I'm waiting and drive-thru about 15 minutes just for fries, she apologize for the wait. I said it's okay on my way home. Found out I didn't get my soda lol have to drive all the way back to get my soda and she was waiting again and said sorry. Long time wait and the chicken was cold.
