Lucia's - Potomac

We have consistently enjoyed the food here—subs, pasta, soup, and more—all of which are excellent and reasonably priced. The only item I've ever been disappointed with (and surprisingly so) is the Caesar salad. Since we typically do takeout, I can't comment on the ambiance or service.

This restaurant consistently impresses me, and each visit is truly unforgettable. Tonight, I ordered the linguine with shrimp, while my friends enjoyed chicken marsala and fettuccine alfredo. Everything was served hot and tasted absolutely fantastic. The staff is attentive and welcoming, all set to the soothing sounds of Frank Sinatra in the background. Thank you for a wonderful meal; I can't wait to come back soon!

Had a girls' night out. Lucia's was a great place to go. The food was amazing, if there is anway to give them more stars for the food, I would. We all decided on lasagna. The portions were huge, it was piping hot and very cheesy. The best restaurant lasagna I and the girls have ever had. We also had the mozzarella half moons with fries for appetizer, that was awesome as well. Now, on to the service. This place was not busy on a Monday at 6pm. We did have to call our waiter or the other waiter several times for things we needed. They didn't check up on us but twice. So, just be prepared for that.

I've enjoyed some great meals here, but I've also witnessed the attitude of the two owners and the unhappy staff, which is disappointing. Because of that, I would rate it lower. On one occasion, I went in to order an 18-inch pepperoni pizza for takeout, and one of the owners seemed irritated that I was only ordering that. I apologize; I was dining alone, and it would provide me with several satisfying meals.

Wow great food, amazing nice place and employees are nice as well, beside the First Lady in the front when we entered who seemed like she did not want to see us everything else was great. A place to try
