She took our order promptly. This is where the good service ended. My food came out before my wife's did and I had to wait for hers before I could eat. The crab dip and pita was very good. I ran out of soda and had to go up to the bar to find the waitress. I got the refill. Had to ask for more napkins and my wife had to go back up to the bar to get her refill. The staff seems to like socializing more than being attentive to their customers. We are the only two in the entire restaurant, other than a guy that had a whopping cough and was LOUD when he coughed and when he spoke. That was very annoying. The bartender also saw that we were waiting for our waitress and did nothing to assist us. I also got the wings and they were very dry. My wife's turkey club was bland and dry as well. We had to track down the waitress to get the check and a to go box. It made no sense, being the ONLY seated customers- that we had zero attention, the waitress actually saw us sitting patiently waiting for check, and she choose to ignore and wipe 5-6 tables instead of approaching our table. All in all not a good experience. Proximity to our house is the only reason we may consider returning. Highly recommend retraining the staff to put CUSTOMERS FIRST.
Fun place for kids and adults. Great to go with a small or large group. Food is decent, but it's the set up and ease of moving around if your group is large, that makes it fun.
We hosted a meal for about 25 people and the service was prompt. The food quality was good, even though they mixed up a few dishes. Beers were cold. Evening manager was attentive checking in to see how our group was doing and ensured we had a nice time.
However, as others have pointed out, the restaurant is currently in what feels like the world's longest renovation, now dragging on for four months after initially being promised just a couple of weeks. Yesterday, we stopped by to see if the renovations were finally complete and entered the empty restaurant at noon. The door was open, and we simply wanted to take a look inside. Almost immediately, a female employee approached us and told us to leave because Noah's party was only six hours away. When we inquired about the renovations, she informed us that more work was required but insisted we leave the private function. Meanwhile, she was busy closing the entrance door behind us. It was clear that there was no effort to engage politely; her attitude was quite rude. It's a reminder for the Bolger Center that there’s no "B" in the word "hospitality." And for Noah, I hope they improved your event signage before your function—using plain copy paper taped to parking cones is quite unprofessional.
Osgood's Dining is one of the two dining options available for guests at the Bolger Center. I think meals here are included in the standard conference package. It...
