Dunkin' - Potsdam

I come here every morning and every other morning they get my sandwich wrong. I dont Know what’s so hard about putting three ingredients on a bagel. The cooking staff really needs a lesson in reading.

In the last month or so they went extremely down hill. Can't seem to get a single thing right.

This Dunkin is hit or miss. Sometimes the drinks taste good, other times not so much. This time was a not so good.

Dunkin' in Potsdam on Maple street is awesome!! They always have my order done fast and correctly. I very much recommend going here. Although, they are connected directly with Mountain Mart, so if you were looking for a quieter place to eat in, DD on Maple st. is not typically very quiet. They're nice and thoughtful employees, they never fail to put a smile on my face! I enjoy coming to Dunkin' for some coffee and bagel minis DD, you guys are doing awesome! Keep up the great work!

Everyone I have encountered at this Dunkin is super nice and cheerful.
