That is a gem that eats is delicious, and the atmosphere is cozy. the service is wonderful. the food is prepared with mastery balance. we had fried salmon with a beautiful buerre blanc and perfectly cooked and spiced green beans, artistically arranged with a broccoli...Floret and grilled carrot. quintessential french fare. they can experience many aromes and the portions are just right. So, they can still have space for dessert. glittering exceptional, crepes and also cream brûlée we have split a delicious bottle white cotes du rhone and I don't want to leave our appetizer of the french wobbles and a plate of rilltes with a safslawe and cornihons. everything is homemade, including brot. they let the love feel in the preparations of eating and well maintained.

Every time I stop at owl’s bread, the dishes offered are excellenet. in the last 23 years I know this place, the quality of pastries and juicy meal are exceptional! the foie gras is a must as a derée with onion jam, and. Duck jam is very delicious. like all the other dishes I've tried over the years. on the traditional dishes, which have always been a succulent on the menu, for the first time (3 september 1995), denis, the chef, has repeatedly interesting new dishes to surprise his guests. a real tasty bite!

We drove twice in quebec during our ten days in the north of Vermont to eat in Owl’s bread. it has so delicious food. the French woof soup was a hit, and the croissants were buttery and flakey. the sweet soup has been ordered several times. everyone was happy to have every dish. it's too bad we could only go twice.

We frequent owls brot for their fantastic desserts and brote. they are truly divine. for the first time we had lunch there and enjoyed the experience. the food was authentic, well prepared and very tasty. the personal very friendly to English that is not always...is in this area of quebec. worth a visit!

OMG! I have been going to this place for 3 years. The food is so fantastic I cannot describe it. The people are wonderful, I not only purchase pastry I also go for both lunch and dinner. The last lunch she recommended the CASSOLETTE (DUCK...SAUSAGE, WITH BEANS IN A SAUCE). It was so good I purchased 2 jars to take back with me. I give this place a 10 out of 10 hands down. I have never had such fantastic breads, pastry, and cakes in my life. And what ever you do, don't forget the BAGUETTE!!!!!!!!
