Napoli's Pizza - Pottsboro

Today was my family's first visit to this restaurant, and we placed a takeout order. The atmosphere was fantastic! Everyone was friendly and incredibly helpful. The owner was especially welcoming and attentive. Once we got home, we enjoyed our food, and it was absolutely delicious—hands down the best Italian meal I've had in a long time! I think we've just found our new favorite spot! We will definitely be returning!

We were so happy to discover this gem, especially since most other restaurants were closed on a Wednesday evening during the off-season. Our waitress, Sierra, did an amazing job and worked incredibly hard. The food was excellent, the wine was great, and the prices were very reasonable. They were also very accommodating regarding my mom's lactose allergy, which can be challenging at an Italian restaurant. They prepared a special dish for her with chicken and vegetables, without any butter or cheese. I opted for a low-carb entree, substituting extra veggies for pasta, and they were completely fine with that.

This is, without a doubt, the best Italian restaurant in the Denison/Sherman/Pottsboro area. We've been dining here for 15 years, and it has always offered incredible food! They frequently have amazing specials on the menu, and I believe we've tried almost every dish on the regular menu as well. The wine selection is consistently excellent. It's a family-owned establishment, and they truly strive to make their customers happy. I don't know who the chef is, but the dishes that come out of the kitchen are simply outstanding!

I started working here in November of 2021 and now I?m leaving for the military but I just felt the need to leave this review. Napolis is a one of a kind family and working there this past year has been one of the best experiences I?ve had yet.The serving staff is a close family that always has each others backs and does quite literally any, and everything to take careof their customers. The owners of the restaurant are some of the kindest people you could meet, and their kids are super starsthat always keep the restaurant moving in a positive direction, they have incredible skill sets, take pride in their work andbelieve me. They can do it all! If you?re looking for the best restaurant on lake Texoma I?m proud to say that you?ve found it!

Very good! The staff is very friendly and prompt. The food was excellent! We went as a group of over 13 people. Everyone of us had nothing but good to say about the food. My daughter didn't care too much for the personal pizza (but then again she's superpicky). Great place. I would 100% recommend them.
