Starbucks - Pottsgrove

We had stopped at this particular Starbucks due to the fact that we were up at the Philadelphia premium outlets. I did not go in so I have no idea how any of the atmosphere or the service was. My girlfriend and I both got a seasonal coffee hers was cold mine was hot it was quite delicious.

Over priced coffee 5 or 6 dollars for a cup of coffee is just

Workers threatening to remove me from the store (as a paying customer) and telling their co workers to 'hurry up and get her out of here ' is not what I expected when visiting the Starbucks at the Philadelphia Premium outlets locations. Not only was I unsatisfied with the product, I was completely dissatisfied with the service of the employees. Especially the barista named Kelly. I hope that a higher up would reach back to me at their earliest convenience to resolve the matter.

This is my favorite Starbucks. The staff is always polite and they always make my drinks exactly right.

We hit the store when it was super busy! The staff was nice and worked to prepare orders for guests.
