Great food, was definitely not expecting the spice factor on my reuben sausage and cheese fries but I'm not complaining. For a first experience it was definitely good

I finally had a chance to try The Underdog Cafe this afternoon. I heard about their fancy hot dogs and was a little worried they would be sloppy to eat. Let me tell you, I had two of the best hot dogs I ever had. I ordered the Pizza Dog and the Reuben Dog. (And a plain hot dog with a side of sauerkraut for my wife to try. The hot dogs were assembled like a work of art. You can tell the cook has a lot of pride in presenting his creations. I had to open my mouth a little wider than usual to take a bite of these 1/4 pound Nathan's hot dogs, but they were not sloppy at all and were right up there with the best tasting hot dogs. I also ordered fries (enough for two and onion rings. Both were cooked perfectly and the fries had a nice amount of seasoning. The UC moved to its current location and there is now a parking lot to park in. If you prefer, you can substitute a Sabrett all beef sausage in any sandwich. They can consider me a regular customer from now on!

Lots of creative dog varieties here... But my current fave is the Reuben Dog... Great flavor... And a substantial amount of food... One dog and a side will fill you up! Well done guys!!!
