Kfc - Pottsville

The service was excellent! Our food arrived quickly, which was fantastic. However, some of the chicken in the bucket was quite greasy, and a bit squirted out when I took a bite. The sides and everything else were wonderful. Since it was a bit late, that might explain the extra grease, so I plan to return in the future to try it again and update my review.

The staff members, Michelle, Zoe, and Kate, went above and beyond to explain the changes to the menu. I discovered that there is a special for seniors. Pottsville, PA, has consistently had the friendliest staff, the best food, and the cleanest KFC I’ve encountered.

On a cold and windy day, I was out with my grandson and sister when we arrived at the restaurant. A staff member warmly greeted us and held the door open. My grandson had just woken up and was a bit disoriented, but another employee kindly offered him a cookie to cheer him up. The exceptional service we received demonstrated that your staff is well-trained and sets a great example for others in the industry. We had a fantastic experience!

I wanted to post this the other day but I was door-dashing. Went to this location to pick up an order and they said I had to hit confirm before I even had the order. I asked why and she looked at me and said with attitude that ? We need to make sure youactually deliver the order? EXCUSE ME!! Are you just assuming I?m a thief! That is really rude to just say to someone. I eventried to tell them a better way to go about things like this because I?m an assistant manager at a food chain restaurant andthey just kept cutting me off and just saying I wasn?t excepting their answer, when I was just trying to give them better advicegood way to loose service is to basically call people thieves

The only KFC I have ever eat at and didn't get sick with food poison. There food is really good.
